"The future of your organisation through the eyes of young international top talent"

What are Future Innovations Tracks?
Future Innovations Tracks (FIT) is an initiative of SRH Haarlem University of Applied Science, in which international third-year HBO students work on a current challenge of an organization for five weeks.
Based on your specific challenge or desired future step, students delve into the case and develop concrete solutions. Depending on the nature of the challenge, we will connect the FIT Track to the course best suited. Our third-year courses are part of our study programmes: Business Psychology, Creative Media and Digital Transformation Management.
For organizations, this means a free look into the future, practical outcomes and the opportunity to meet top international talent. For students, it is a valuable learning experience, in which they work on real, current issues from practice.
A typical FIT Track starts at the beginning of the 5-week course cycle with a kick-off in class, in which the company describes the challenge and the context. Halfway through the 5-week period, the students will present preliminary findings and get feedback from the company. Finally, in week 5 of the cycle, students will present their ideas, solutions and advice to the company.

What do we ask of organizations?
Attendance at three moments:
- Kick-off to explain the challenge and get to know the student teams;
- Halfway Feedback session (could be on location as well)
- The final presentations in which the student teams present their future
scenarios.
Availability for students during the trajectory is optional, but we recommend an
interim discussion and possibly a site visit. This way, the students can really develop
something valuable for you.
Our Programmes
Our talent comes from these programmes
- Students analyse behaviour of customers, users and employees, and turn feedback and data into practical improvements for communication, marketing and internal processes.
- Good for HR, customer experience, marketing, communication, organizational development and more
- Students develop and produce visual and digital content, from campaign concepts to social media materials and storytelling formats.
- Good for: social media & marketing, branding materials, events, PR, trend research and more.
- Students examine workflows and digital tools to identify improvement opportunities. They then help optimise and digitalise processes and services, while turning data into actionable insights.
- Good for: AI implementation, process improvement, data solutions, automation, customer journeys, project management and more.
