Programme Director PhD Khatereh Ghasemzadeh

I’m a Program Director and Lecturer in Sustainability Management, with a background in innovation management. I have worked across various areas and published in peer reviewed journals. My main focus in last 3 years has been sustainability—to me sustainability is not just a topic I teach—it’s a commitment to shaping a better world. 

My teaching and research interests include sustainable strategy, sustainable circular innovation—with a particular focus on sustainable agribusiness and food systems open innovation, and organizational behavior 
I enjoy creating engaging, practice-based courses and applying interdisciplinary approaches to help students connect theory with real-world impact. 🔍

Always open to new ideas, I’m especially keen to connect with others in the Dutch higher education system to co-create meaningful research and learning experiences!
