Currently we are a looking for Programme Director and Lecturers for the part-time and full-time Master in Applied Sustainability Program. See details on the right.

BSc degree courses, taught over 5 weeks, 60 contact hours:

Workplace Automation

Students explore robotic process automation (RPA), workflow automation tools, and low-code platforms to streamline business processes. The course combines hands-on tool usage with strategic assessment of automation opportunities across various business functions.
 

Global ICT & Ethics

Students analyze digital divide issues and evaluate ICT policies across countries while designing inclusive e-solutions for sectors like health, education, and governance. The course develops cultural empathy and critical thinking about technology's global social impact.
 

Agentic AI
Students explore autonomous AI systems, intelligent agents, and their applications in business process automation and decision-making. The course covers agent architectures, multi-agent systems, and ethical considerations while building practical AI agents for real-world scenarios.

Haarlem Campus is situated in the beautiful small city of Haarlem in the historical building de Koepel, with students from more than 40 countries plus international faculty and staff. We teach using didactic methods, practice-orientated and students are taught in small classes, with coaching, teamwork, and guidance from the lecturer. Intercultural skills are therefore essential.

About SRH Haarlem

SRH has started a new higher education institute, in the Dome in Haarlem. SRH Haarlem University of Applied Sciences was set up by the German-based SRH Higher Education and the Dutch Global School of Entrepreneurship. SRH Haarlem University of Applied Sciences is an innovation hub where culture, education, and business find each other to work together, organise events, and collaborate on innovation and sustainable development. 

The first cohort of students in our bachelor programmes in Business Psychology, Creative Media (in business), and Digital Transformation Management have started their studies in Fall 2022. In February 2024, we have launched our first Master of Science programme in Applied Sustainable Management.

We are looking to expand our faculty team with experienced professionals interested to join us in developing high-quality, interactive, and personalised higher education programmes based on our Competence Oriented Research and Education (CORE) approach. The position is based initially on a freelance contract for individual teaching modules.
